Our Reglazing Process

1. Initial Inspection

• The tub is thoroughly inspected to assess damage, wear, and surface conditions. Any repairs needed are noted.

2. Preparation

• The area around the tub is masked off to protect walls, tiles, and fixtures.

• The tub is thoroughly cleaned to remove soap scum, grime, or old finishes.

• Any cracks, chips, or imperfections are repaired using a specialized filler.

3. Stripping and Sanding

• The old coating is stripped away, and the surface is lightly sanded to ensure proper adhesion of the new finish.

• Dust and debris are carefully removed for a smooth application.

4. Priming

• A high-quality bonding agent or primer is applied to create a strong foundation for the reglazing material.

5. Reglazing Application

• Multiple layers of reglazing material are sprayed evenly over the tub. This creates a durable, glossy finish that looks like new.

• The color is chosen based on customer preference, with options for a classic white or custom finishes.

6. Curing

• The reglazing material is left to cure and harden, typically for 24 hours, depending on the product used.

7. Final Inspection and Cleanup

• Once cured, the tub is inspected for a flawless finish.

• All masking is removed, and the area is cleaned, leaving your bathroom spotless.

8. Ready to Use

• Your tub is now restored to its original beauty and ready for use!
